Spinda: Normal Type

Spinda attempted to hold her shield in front of her as the world seemed to spin. She always had a hard time standing still; whenever she did, everything around seemed to turn and sway as if she was on a top. She needed to start moving to be able to get a good bearing on the battle around her, but if she let down her guard for a moment her foe would hit her, but it was impossible to tell what was happening.

Not Available

As Spinda move, they look more like they are staggering or dancing. Their shaky, tottering steps can cause other Pokemon to become confused as well as make it hard for their foes to hit them. Their minds correct the uneven steps, making it seem to them as if they are walking in a straight line. Due to the excessive movements, they can't walk very far without tiring out.

Not Available

Every Spinda has unique size and configuration of their spots. Spinda can tell another Spinda apart by their spots, but other Pokemon have problems telling them apart. Most Spinda understand the confusion, but it can really bug others.

Not Available

Spinda tend to live in close knit communities with other Spinda. For some reason, the more similar in pattern Spinda are to each other, the more likely they will get along with each other.

Spinda Traits

Allignment: Most Spinda are just trying to get by without bothering or bumping into other Pokemon, but their abnormal movements can often cause lots of confusion and chaos. If they cause a lot of problems then most Spinda will break down crying.

Abilities: Pick One

Own Tempo: You watch as your foe runs around you trying to throw you off. That's useless against you. You know exactly what the plan is, there is nothing they can do to confuse you.

You are immune to the Confused condition and have resistance to psychic damage.

Tangled Feet: You start to trip over yourself, but somehow your sporadic movements are making it extremely difficult for your foes to land a hit. You may be nearly unable to hit them, but at least they can’t hit you either.

When you have the ‘confused’ condition all attack rolls directed at you roll at disadvantage.

Contrary: You close your eyes and take a deep breath. You currently are losing, but you have a trick up your sleeve, time to spin everything on its head.

At the start of your turn as a free action you may activate this ability. For the next minute all advantages and disadvantages become inverted for any creatures, including you, within 20 feet. Once you use this feature you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.

Step Back

Your wobbly feet make it hard for creatures to stay near you. Once per long rest you may force one creature within 5 feet to take a step back. This triggers an opportunity attack against them if you have not already used your reaction this round. This is a temporary trait, when the sheet is finished it will be updated.

Wobbly : Your movements may make it hard for opponents to read your actions. Before a target makes a ranged attack roll against you, you may force them to roll at disadvantage. You can use this trait a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency modifier. This is a temporary trait, when the sheet is finished it will be updated.

As he clumsily walked down the road, Spinda looked down at the dirt and knocked rocks around with his feet. He wasn't in a rush to get anywhere, so he wanted to enjoy his journey. Midstride, he suddenly found himself running smack into another Pokemon, causing them both to fall to the ground. As he pushed himself back up, the Pokemon he ran into shouted, "Stupid Spinda, watch where you're going!" Spinda tilted his head and attempted to look at the Pokemon, his world starting to spin. What was his problem?
