Porygon: Normal Type
As soon as Porygon’s friend cast her lightning bolt spell, Porygon zipped inside of it, following the beam of energy towards their foe. He wouldn’t be able to go the full distance, but this boost would get him close enough for their enemy to be in range of his next attack. It was hard to see what was going on around him as he was propelled forward. Everything was blurry and obstructed by the arcing electricity. He had to rely on his friend to point him in the right direction.
Porygon are almost entirely made up out of magical, electrical energy. They have solid bodies that can shift into a loose form when in contact with electricity allowing them to move freely through most electrical currents. Most prefer to eat things that have a kick to them and may even electrify their food to make it taste better. Porygon tend to be smart Pokemon with a knack for numbers and calculations, however, the way they think is often much different from other creatures making it hard for them to clearly get their ideas across to others.
It is said that the first Porygon was not made by a legendary. Because of this, most clerics or legend fearing creatures will not go near a Porygon, let alone befriend one. Porygon do not rely on another Pokemon to multiply. Instead, once they have reached maturity and have the proper equipment, they can split themselves to create another Porygon. Doing this is extremely taxing and will often cause the old Porygon to pass out for long lengths of time, relying on their new, smaller offspring to take care of them until they regain consciousness. This task seems to involve removing a limb causing a new Porygon to spring from it, however the right ritual and preparations must be made to cause this to happen as lost limbs do not normally sprout a new being.
Porygon can often be found in locations with high electricity or advanced magic and science. They feel most comfortable around other highly intelligent creatures and may be squires or servants to the smartest creatures in the land, preferring to serve them than to have to deal with other less intelligent creatures. When not living around or with well taught creatures, they tend to make their homes in places with wild electrical storms. Some have even found ways to collect this electricity and use it in their magic.
Allignment: Porygon tend to think logically about things and have a hard time understanding emotions but this isn’t to say they don’t have emotions. Their emotions are just as strong as any other creature, they just act logically on them rather than let their emotions dictate how they will act. They keep to themselves and will rarely go out of their way to help or hurt others, preferring to spend their time focusing on things that only they care about.
Weight: 80 LBS
The Porygon line live to be about 100 years old. They reach maturity around 17 but are not considered to be adults till about 21 years old. As they get older the hard corners on their body will start to round off and on occasion may be confused for one of their more smooth evolutions.
