Drizzle: You can feel the tension between you and your opponent rising, but the humidity around is rising too. Whenever you get excited this happens, however you are used to it and know how to use it to your advantage.

Once per long rest when inniutive is rolled you cause rain to fall around you in a radius equal to twice your player level X 5 feet for one minute. The storm does not move once it is activated.
