Abilities: Pick One

Swift Swim: As the rain falls you can see the water level start to raise. Within no time at all the water is up to your waist. Your opponent tries to attack you, but this is your element, there is no way there sluggish moves will hit you.

If it is raining you gain 20 feet speed. You are also immune to all negative effects caused by rain.

Water Veil: As the flames come closer and closer to you, you chant under your breath. You may not be currently enveloped in water, but the spirit of the waters you grew up in is still inside you. It will not leave you now that you need it most.
