Eevee: Normal Type

Eevee opened the front door and took a step out. This was it, she was leaving her home. The rain was falling and hitting the dirt road casing mini creters to appear in the forming mud. It wasn’t the most ideal day to leave, but she was done with others choosing her life for her. She took a deep breath in and stepped into the rain. It instantly drenched her to the bone, her normally light and fluffy fur now heavy and sticking to her sides. The life ahead of her may be miserable, but at least it would be her choice and not someone else’s.

In general, most creatures consider Eevee to be weak and helpless. They will often try to adapt to what is around them in an attempt to fit in and disappear into the background. A large majority of them do not enjoy being the center of attention, preferring instead to concede that role to others. Their genetic code is much more volatile and sensitive to their surroundings compared to other creatures. Because of this they can evolve into many different races, the location and other factors pushing them to evolve into any of its many specific evolutions. Some stories tell of an Eevee who was able to change what Eevee race it could be depending on its situation, able to move back and forth between them with ease, however these are mere legends and no Eevee has ever been recorded as able to do so.

When Eevee are born they attach to whoever is around them. They will spend their whole lives trying to please the creature they imprint upon and will often feel forced to evolve into the evolution that they don’t personally want to be, but the one their caretakers want them to evolve into. Once evolved they may have remorse because of this, however they will rarely tell others how they feel about it. Many of them will rely on others for everything in their day to day life and have a extremely hard time taking care of themselves. There are some Eevee who are forced to live on their own and become reliant on no one, but these are rare as many creatures want to adopt the adorable, verstitle Pokemon.

Eevee are adaptable and can live in almost any kind of climate, however it isn’t uncommon for many caretakers to keep them away from others for fear that they might evolve into something that the caretaker didn’t want them to be. Because of this, more often than not, Eevee can be found being raised in lone cottages in the middle of nowhere or in basements where other creatures and experiences can be dictated by their caretakers.

Eevee Traits

Allignment: Because most things are often chosen for Eevee they tend to be more timid and never want to cause commotion or stress others out. This uncertainty will commonly lead them to do everything others ask them to do and allow everyone to walk all over them.

“You need to become a Flareon.” Eevee’s friends begged him.” We need a fire type to balance our team out!” He shook his head,” I-I can’t” As his friends pressed him to become a fire type the terrible memories of his past flooded back to him. Fire and him had never gotten along. Years ago a fire had broken out in his home destroying the house and his parents along with it, but he hadn’t told his friends this, and doing so would only make the situation worse. He tried his hardest to convince them against it, but after arguing for a bit longer he caved in and took the stone. He would fight for them, but every time he attacked someone, he would be haunted by his past.
