Charmander: Fire Type

Charmander took a few more steps through the wet swamp land trying to keep his tail above the water. He couldn't die here, he was the town's only wizard and they were counting on him to find the cure. The town had recently become infected with a curse and if he couldn't find a way to break it, he held his breath, well there wouldn't be much of a town for him to come back to.

The flame on Charmander's tail reflects its life source, the brighter the flame, the stronger its life source. If the flame on the end of its tail goes out then Charmander is close to death. The slight tint in the color of the flame can be used as an indicator of Charizards evolution. As soon as Charmanders are born their tail ignites and the flame follows them their whole life.

If Charmander is caught in the rain steam will start to come off of it, however a light drizzle will effect Charmanders health. Contrary to popular belief charmander aren't immune to fire, in fact it is not uncommon to see a charmander with burn marks from not noticing where its flame was and being burnt by it.

Charmander prefer to live in hot locations. The more hot, the more comfortable they are. They can often be found camping inside a volcano underneath an outcropping so no rain can fall on top of them.

Abilities: Pick One

Blaze: Your body is weak and tired, but your friends still need you. You feel your body get a little lighter and your soul starts to burn bright. You can’t let them down now, after all, you are still able to fight. You will protect them with everything you have left.

When your HP decreases to 1/2 of your normal health or less all Fire type Racial Attacks gain advantage and deal one additional die of damage.

Solar Power: The sunlight flows over your body filling you with energy. You can feel your mind going into overdrive. You smile because now you can see your way out of your current problem, However your muscles grow weak. Who needed them anyway, after all, the brain will always out do brawn.

When in harsh sunlight, once per round when you deal damage to another creature you may roll 1D4+ Wisdom modifier with a minimum of 1 and deal that much radiant damage to yourself and double that to your opponent.

Evolution Trait

Resistance: Although you aren't immune to fire, you do resist it. You have resistance against all fire damage. This is a temporary trait, when the sheet is finished it will be updated.

The sun started to set on the charmander village. The streets were empty and quiet, only the faint sound of a group of hoothoots could be heard softly cooing there night time melody. Although most the village was asleep, in one of the houses three charmanders lay unable to fall asleep, there brains were reeling with thoughts of what tomorrow would bring. When they woke up they were all going to go on a quest and only time would tell what adventures awaited them.
